Position Summary
We are looking for energetic and reliable Event Staff members to assist with promotional activities, event preparation, and attendee engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment, interacts comfortably with the public, and takes pride in helping events run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Assist with preparing event spaces, arranging materials, and organizing promotional displays.
Welcome attendees and provide general information about event activities.
Help distribute approved promotional materials and explain relevant company offerings.
Support event registration, attendee direction, and other assigned activities.
Maintain clean, organized, and presentable event areas throughout each assignment.
Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and address changing event needs.
Assist with setup and breakdown while following established safety procedures.
Represent Harvest Advertising Inc. with a positive and professional attitude.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.

Previous event or promotional experience is helpful but not required.
